Returns/Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Japancast. While we hope that you will love your merchandise, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange, provide credit or refund any unworn, unopened items with original tags attached and in original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following items are final sale and will be denied for exchange, credit or refund:

– ALL personalized or custom orders
– Items that are worn or altered
– Requests received after 30 days of the original shipment date
– Any items marked “no returns”, “no refunds” or similar phrases.
-Electronic downloads are not eligible for refund.  However, if you are truly unhappy for any reason, contact us.


In order to do an exchange or return, please email us at paul (AT) japancast (DOT) net, and we will make arrangements.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.


Japancast guarantees its products to be free from damage or manufacturer defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unused item for the same item at no cost.
