Today’s characters are た and タ.
They are pronounced as “ta” – I will record the pronunciation in our next lesson.
た is Hiragana and タ is Katakana.

Look at the 3rd and the 4th strokes. It looks just like Hiragana こ, doesn’t it?

タ is similar to Katakana ク.
